These Terms of Service govern your use of Reliva Moment (the "Service"), operated by Reliva Moment ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service lets you upload photographs and receive AI-generated restored images and short animated videos. Output is generated automatically by AI models and may contain artefacts. We do not guarantee any particular result.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them, including permission from any living person who appears in them.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the outputs we generate for you. You grant us a licence to process your photos solely to provide the Service. We never use your photos to train AI models and never share them with anyone except the processing providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, content depicting minors in a sexual context, or content intended to harass, defame or impersonate. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are described in our Subscription Terms. Prices include VAT where applicable. Your payment is processed by Stripe.
6. AI-generated content
Outputs are AI-generated. Where required by law we label outputs as AI-generated. You are responsible for how you share outputs and must not present them as authentic recordings of real events.
7. Account termination
You may delete your photos and data at any time from your result page. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence in the EU.
