This Privacy Policy explains how Reliva Moment ("we") processes personal data when you use Reliva Moment. We are the data controller.
1. Data we process
Your email address; the photos you upload and the outputs we generate; your quiz answers; payment metadata from Stripe (never your card number); technical data such as IP address and browser type; and usage events.
2. Why we process it
To provide the Service (contract); to send order and service emails (contract); to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest); to measure and improve the Service (legitimate interest, with anonymised analytics).
3. Photos of people
Photographs may contain biometric-like facial data. We process them only to generate the output you requested, using the processors below, and do not use them for identification or model training.
4. Processors and transfers
We rely on carefully selected service providers for hosting and database storage (EU region), payment processing (Stripe), transactional email, privacy-friendly analytics (EU) and AI generation. Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. The current list of processors is available on request at hello@relivamoment.com.
5. Retention
Uploads and outputs are kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete your data or your subscription ends. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, and complain to your supervisory authority. Use the delete option on your result page or email hello@relivamoment.com.
