Conditions
Refund requests must come from the email used at checkout. One refund per customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Abuse of this policy (e.g. downloading outputs and then requesting a refund repeatedly) may be declined.
Right of withdrawal
Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, by starting generation you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for the delivered content. This does not affect the 7-day guarantee above.
